Meet Your Maternity Navigator
We understand that pregnancy is a lot and at times can feel heavy. Even though no one else can carry it all for you, you also don’t have to face it without help. Your Maternity Navigator will be by your side to listen, guide, and make sure you feel ready for what’s next.
Maternity Navigators (MNs) are:
From your community
Your go-to partner during pregnancy and after your baby is born
Experts in pregnancy and baby care
Trained to help you feel supported, confident, and stand up for you
Your MN will be there to:
Check in on your health between doctor visits
Talk through any worries or questions after doctor appointments
Help you get ready for what’s next — like tests, classes, or birth prep
Connect you to helpful resources like baby supplies, food programs & more
Ensure you get support from nurses, feeding experts, birth doulas, and dieticians when needed
Make a plan with you for your baby’s birth so you feel calm and in control
